Work together to help communities facing climate change challenges become more resilient!
The game was prepared by the International Youth Health Organization and imaginative youth who attended the Study Session “Mobilising Youth towards Climate and Health Injustice” in Budapest, Hungary from 11th – 18th September 2023. This would not be possible without the support of the Council of Europe and the European Youth Foundation.
The Sustainaware project 2014–2017 was led by No Excuse Slovenia and co-funded by the Youth in Action and Erasmus+ Programmes of the European Union.
